It is very close to the city centre, on a lovely pedestrian street close to the old city. the rooms are spacious, well-furnished and equipped with modern amenities like iron, washing machine, and hairdryer. the service provided by the friendly host is exceptional, with helpful advice on places to visit and eat in the area. the breakfast is generous and the cleanliness of the rooms is top-notch.

One minor inconvenience is the absence of air conditioning in the apartment, which could be uncomfortable during warm weather.

I absolutely loved the charming Italian decor of this holiday home. The attention to detail in the decoration really made me feel like I was experiencing the true essence of Italy. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and very accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated the thought and care put into creating a safe and comfortable environment for older guests.

I would have appreciated a more attentive staff during my stay. It would have been nice to have someone available to assist with any questions or requests I had.

Casa Pignolo was definitely worth the money - great value! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, perfect for a short stay. The location was fantastic, being conveniently situated between the BUS/train station and Citta Alta. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and provided us with great recommendations for pizza and ice cream in town.

The breakfast menu could be improved with the addition of a kettle in the kitchen.

We recently stayed at Casa Pignolo for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. Despite the cold weather, the owner was incredibly accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had blankets and delicious coffee to keep warm. The kitchen facilities were excellent, allowing us to cook our own meals with the well-stocked appliances and even provided little touches like seasoning and oil. The shower had great water pressure and the toiletries were of good quality. The location was perfect for walking and exploring the city, with a supermarket and fantastic restaurants nearby. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into the apartment, with sweet and tasteful cat-themed decorations throughout.
